CHURCH NEWS
On Sunday evening, December 6, 2009, Minister Willie H. Johnson, II
preached his first message. The title of the sermon was, "All Flesh Shall
See the Salvation of God", with a subtopic of, In the End, It Will All Make
Sense." I Corinthians 10:13: Romans 8:18-19, St. Luke 3:4-6 were the
Scripture texts.
Minister Johnson informed the Saints that because we at and look like our
Father, we are hated by Satan; because when he sees us, he see the Lord.
He also encouraged us "to count it all joy when we fall into divers
temptations" and "when we wait on the Lord, He shall renew our strength."
He went on to remind the Saints what we have the promise of God "that He
will make the crooked places straight." In his closing, Minister Johnson
said, "In the meantime, I keep on waiting; for in the end, it will all make
sense."
