Dear Pastors/Attendee,

 

Praise the Lord!  Greetings to you and your congregation in the name of Jesus Christ.=

 

The saints will be gathering December 7-12, 2008 in Green Island, Jamaica for the 2008 <= span style=3D'font-size:15.0pt;font-family:"Baskerville Old Face"'>Convocation. = We want to make this the best Convocation in <= st1:place w:st=3D"on">Jamaica’s history.  Cooperation from each church will = be greatly appreciated.  The Conv= ocation is open to any one who wants to attend or you may sponsor a friend or family member, but remember this is a Church Convocation.

 

The cost of the travel/accommodations is ranging from $1,000 to $1,500 per person.  This inclu= des round trip airfare, meals and hotel accommodations.  We are asking everyone desiring to attend to please complete and submit as soon as possible the Registration F= orm available on the 2nd page of this letter and on the Forms Page of our website, www.nblchurch.org/forms.html= .   The form should be faxed to:= 901-396-9361 or e-mailed to: cssyke= s45@yahoo.com.

 

Once your information has been received and processed, you will receive an email= or phone call giving you your confirmation / itinerary number and a toll free number to call to make your payment.  Rates are not guaranteed until paid.  Payments must be made by Credit Ca= rd.

 

Pass Ports will be needed in order to board your flights.  Please contact your local Post Off= ice (http://www.usps.com/passport/) for information on how you can obtain your Pass Port and the forms of identification you need to bring to apply for your passport.  Post Office costs f= or passports are $97 (ages 16 and above) and $82 (ages under 16).  Add $60 for their Expedite Service= .
